Account-holders and user roles
Within your client management software, there are three types of account holders: Users, Administrators, and Contacts.
As the Admin of your account, you will have the options to among other things add:
Teammates / users
You can add an unlimited number of teammates to your account. Your teammates will get an automated email telling them to log into their accounts once you add them. You will be able to assign a username and password, as well as user roles to your teammates. You can designate other admins and users.
Products & Services
Our all-in-one customer management software gives you, the Admin, the tools needed to create your own products and services. Here, you can add information such as price, description, etc. for either physical or virtual products and services. Once these products and services are added to your CRM, you and your teammates can assign them to customer accounts to receive payment.
Reports
Get a birds-eye view of your entire operation with your CRM software. Get contact trends, revenue figures, etc. See who your top customers are in terms of revenue. Your CRM system can help you streamline your entire business for maximum profitability.
