In this short guide, I will share with you the simple steps you can take to assign a support ticket to a member of your team once said ticket has been opened.
Here is what you do
1. Log into your Mango account
2. Click on the "Support tickets" tab
3. Click on the Subject of the ticket you want to assign
4. Click on the "assign" button
5. Select which team member(s) you would like to assign to the open ticket. Keep in mind that as an admin, you will still be able to make changes to this ticket as well. An email notification will be sent out to the team member(s) asking them to log into their accounts to manage their new ticket.
